    • An HTS Senior Safety Advocate will conduct a thorough home safety audit to identify any current or potential hazards.

    The 280-point checklist assesses three key factors that support independent living in your home.

    Following the assessment you are provided with a report that outlines the safety concerns, recommendations and solutions, costs and professional referrals.

Age in Place: Packages and Pricing

  • For those who want to stay in their current home and tailor it to their needs, while planning to downsize in the future when necessary.

    This may include the following services:

    • Furniture placement for accessibility and safety.

    • Decluttering to ensure easy movement throughout your home.

    • Reorganizing and optimizing space to ensure functionality.

    • Customized services based on your senior-living vision.

    The Right-Sizing Package:
    Ideal for new clients, starts at $975 +hst and includes;

    • 1.5 hour consultation and planning session

    • 12 hours (2 days) with one HT Specialist OR
      6 hours (1 day) with two HT Specialists

    • Removal of donations

    *there may be additional costs for junk removal, home modification services, or additional hours

  • For older adults living independently in their own home who need continuous services to maintain their comfort and safety. This is ideal for managing clutter, seasonal swaps, or simply a refresh of any small space.

    The Refresh Package is ideal for regular clients. Cost starts at $295 + hst and includes:

    • A brief consultation to review past organizing solutions and their effectiveness AND determine the goals, tasks, and supplies required for the session.

    • 3 hours with one HT Specialist

    • Declutter and reorganize areas of concern.

    • Removal of donations (if required)

    *there may be additional cost for storage/organizing devices, supplies, and or additional hours.

    1. Safety Solutions for "Stuff" Package - For residents of retirement communities who have collections, hobby items, and other cherished possessions that bring joy and purpose but also create a cluttered living space. The goal is to reduce or reorganize excessive clutter that can increase the risk of falls and negatively impact their overall mood.

    Includes:

    • 30 minute consultation to determine goals, tasks, and/or supplies required.

    • 3 hours with one HT Specialist

    • Declutter, organize, and create a living space that is both safe and functional.

    • Removal of donations and/or moving items to on-site storage (if available)

    • $295 +hst

    1. In-Residence Refresh Package - for maintaining comfortable, safe, and enjoyable living space. This is ideal for closets, storage area, and/or seasonal swaps.

    Includes:

    • A brief consultation to review past organizing solutions and their effectiveness AND determine the goals, tasks, and supplies required for the session.

    • 3 hours with one HT Specialist

    • Removal of donations and/or moving items to on-site storage (if available)

    • $199 +hst

    *there may be additional cost for organizing devices, supplies, and/or additional hours.

Downsizing Services: Packages and Pricing

  • Prep-for-Move Consultation and Plan - For clients who have the time, capability, and support to handle the prep work independently but need guidance and a structured plan.

    Includes:

    • 1.5 hours with one HT Specialist

    • A prep-for-move assessment for each room of the home.

    • An action plan outlining recommendations and/or solutions for sorting, packing, decluttering, organizing, and/or storage.

    • Referral for Realtor(s) if required.

    • Referral for professional repairs if required.

    • $250 +hst

    *client and their support team is responsible for completing the recommendations.

  • Relocation - Basic Package:

    Designed for down-sizing clients that are planning to move to a smaller residence. Customized services and packages are available based on your unique needs.

    Starts at $3950 +hst and Includes:

    • 2 hour consultation and planning session.

    • 25 hours (5 days) with 2 HT Specialists

    • Sorting of possessions done with the client.

    • Pack, inventory, label, and document all boxes to be relocated.

    • Inventory and documentation of all boxes for moving.

    • Facilitate the move with the moving professionals.

    • One large junk removal.

    • Removal of all donations.

    • 25 moving boxes.

    • Documentation of all donations and junk removal.

    • All decisions are made by the client.

    *there may be additional costs for supplies, junk removal, other professional services and/or additional hours.

    1. In-Residence Relocation Package - For seniors that reside in a Retirement Community and do not have the support to coordinate and manage moving their furniture and belongings to a smaller living space within their current community.

    This package starts at $925 +hst and includes;

    • 1.5 hour consultation and planning session

    • 6 hours with 2 HT Specialists (1 full day)

    • Sort, pack, move, and set up all of your furniture and personal items.

    • Removal of donations and/or moving items to on-site storage (if available).

    1. Room Renewal Package - Designed to assist in clearing the furniture and personal items from a resident's room in circumstances where the family is not capable, there is zero support, and/or the staff of the Retirement Community require this support.

    This package starts at $995 +hst and includes:

    • Consultation and planning with the resident, family, caregiver, executor, and or the Retirement Community.

    • 6 hours with 2 HT Specialists (1 full day)

    • Pack and label boxes.

    • Coordinate the relocation of furniture and boxes.

    • All boxes are inventoried and documented.

    • Removal of donations.
